Over the past several years, the shift in the

In addition to the majority of median sold prices and average sold prices increasing from 2013 to 2014, another indicator of forward change is the rise in the number of homes actively for sale in 2014. The larger number of homes for sale is mirrored in the broader MLS market as well as specifically here in the Forrest/Lamar county areas.
